Our Initial Wildfire Home Inspection is a comprehensive, on-site evaluation of your home and surrounding property conducted by our Wildfire Mitigation Specialist team member. This inspection is designed to identify vulnerabilities that could allow embers, radiant heat, or flames to ignite your home during a wildfire—and to provide you with specific, practical recommendations to reduce those risks. Following the inspection, you will receive a detailed, photo-documented report, a professional hard copy mailed for your records, and a private 20 - 30 minute consultation call to review findings and mitigation priorities. The Wildfire Re-Inspection & System Maintenance Inspection is designed for existing Flashpoint Home Protection clients who have previously completed an initial wildfire mitigation inspection.
This service provides a focused, professional re-evaluation of your property to ensure that previously identified mitigation measures remain effective and that installed wildfire protection systems continue to function as intended. You will receive updated, prioritized maintenance recommendations based on nationally recognized wildfire research and standards. Wildfire readiness requires ongoing attention — this service helps you stay protected year after year. This is a one time fee service. You will also receive our monthly new letter.
The Flashpoint Home Protection Presentation is a professionally delivered, data-driven wildfire education program designed specifically for HOA communities located in wildfire-prone areas. As wildfire exposure continues to increase across California’s Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI), homeowner education has become one of the most effective tools for reducing structure loss and improving community resilience. Our presentation provides clear, science-backed guidance that helps homeowners understand wildfire behavior, ember exposure, defensible space principles, and practical home hardening strategies. Topics include defensible space zones, structure hardening basics, and HOA-level risk awareness strategies.
